We're thrilled to announce that the 2024 Conference, co-hosted by our Indian agent ATLAS SHIPPING, is coming to New Delhi.

India, a pivotal BRICS nation with rapid economic growth and the world's largest population, is poised to significantly drive global growth over the next two decades. The event begins with a welcome cocktail and dinner on the evening of January 22, 2024, and concludes post-lunch on January 25, 2024.

OUR VENUE

Once you have registered for the conference, we will send you a direct link to the Andaz reservation website, where you can book accommodation at our preferential rates.

The rates that we have negotiated are 45% lower compared to the current published rates for the same period in January 2024.

So it is very important to book with the link that we will give you.

Mindful of post-flight fatigue, we've strategically chosen an airport-proximate venue, ensuring ease of access and comfort for all members. Accommodation is NOT included in the meeting package.

EARLY BIRD participation fee: 1250 USD per participant (available until 31 July 2023)

Normal participation fee: 1500 USD per participant (applicable as of 1 August 2023)

Joining spouse/partner:

Please contact us for details. Group activities can be arranged for partners joining us. There's a lot to see in Delhi.

Cancellation policy:

You risk nothing by booking this early bird fee.

Cancel before 31 October 2023, and you will get 100% full credit (which can be used against future payments to the network).
Cancel between 1 November 2023 and 15 December 2023: 50% credit.
Cancel after 15 December 2023: no credit.
